FilterFlow SMS / Text Messaging Terms Last updated: 06/25/2026
These SMS Terms govern the FilterFlow installation-reminder text messaging program.
- Program description. When you (or someone who enrolled you) subscribe, FilterFlow sends transactional text messages reminding the recipient to install a replacement air filter that has been delivered, with a link to confirm installation, and related account notifications.
- Consent / opt-in. You opt in by (a) checking the SMS consent box and providing a mobile number during enrollment, and then (b) confirming via the one-time text we send (reply YES) or by clicking the confirmation link in our email. Reminders are sent only after this confirmation. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. If you were enrolled by another person (e.g., your landlord), you will still receive a one-time confirmation text and will only receive reminders if you opt in.
- Message frequency. Recurring messages; frequency varies based on your filter-replacement schedule (typically around your delivery/installation cycle).
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. FilterFlow does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time to stop all messages. You will receive a confirmation and then no further texts unless you re-subscribe.
- Help. Reply HELP (or INFO), or email support@filter-flow.com, for support.
- Supported carriers. Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS consent or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
- Changes. We may update these SMS Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date.
