FilterFlow SMS / Text Messaging Terms Last updated: 06/25/2026

These SMS Terms govern the FilterFlow installation-reminder text messaging program.

  1. Program description. When you (or someone who enrolled you) subscribe, FilterFlow sends transactional text messages reminding the recipient to install a replacement air filter that has been delivered, with a link to confirm installation, and related account notifications.
  2. Consent / opt-in. You opt in by (a) checking the SMS consent box and providing a mobile number during enrollment, and then (b) confirming via the one-time text we send (reply YES) or by clicking the confirmation link in our email. Reminders are sent only after this confirmation. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. If you were enrolled by another person (e.g., your landlord), you will still receive a one-time confirmation text and will only receive reminders if you opt in.
  3. Message frequency. Recurring messages; frequency varies based on your filter-replacement schedule (typically around your delivery/installation cycle).
  4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. FilterFlow does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.
  5. Opt-out. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time to stop all messages. You will receive a confirmation and then no further texts unless you re-subscribe.
  6. Help. Reply HELP (or INFO), or email support@filter-flow.com, for support.
  7. Supported carriers. Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  8. Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS consent or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
  9. Changes. We may update these SMS Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date.
