FilterFlow ("FilterFlow," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Filterflow LLC, provides subscription delivery of replacement air filters and related installation-reminder notifications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account & order information: name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, and order history.
- Contact (recipient) information: when a customer enrolls a property, we collect the name, mobile phone number, and (optionally) email address of the person to be notified when a filter needs installing.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Shopify Payments / third-party processors). We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage & device data: standard log, cookie, and analytics data when you use our website.
How we use information
- To process and deliver orders and subscriptions.
- To send transactional service messages, including filter-installation reminders by SMS and email (see our ).
- To provide customer support and account management.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

SMS / text messaging
We use phone numbers provided to us to send transactional installation-reminder text messages through our messaging provider (Twilio). SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers are not shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies by subscription. How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., Shopify for storefront/checkout, Twilio for messaging, SendGrid for email, our fulfillment partner for shipping), each bound to use it only to provide their service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share SMS consent or mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your choices and rights
