Our guarantee

We want you to get the right filter on time. If something isn't right, contact us at support@filter-flow.com and we'll make it right.

Returns

  • Unused, unopened filters may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Filters must be in original, resalable condition.
  • To start a return, email support@filter-flow.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions.
  • Return shipping: we cover return shipping for our errors (wrong size, defective, or damaged item); customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return or approving the claim.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel or skip a subscription at any time before the next billing date via your account or by emailing support@filter-flow.com; cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Already-shipped subscription orders follow the standard return rules above.
  • If you're charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 14 days and we'll work with you on a resolution.

Non-returnable items

Used or installed filters cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they were defective or incorrect.
