These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FilterFlow website and services, operated by Filterflow LLC . By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
FilterFlow sells replacement air filters on one-time and subscription bases and sends installation-reminder notifications. Product specifications, sizes, and prices are described on the site and may change.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid payment method and keep your details current.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
- Subscriptions bill on a recurring basis at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled.
- By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each billing date.
- You may cancel or modify a subscription at any time before the next billing date via your account or by contacting . Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund shipped orders except as stated in our refund policy.
- Prices exclude taxes unless stated; you are responsible for applicable taxes.
4. Enrolling other people (contacts)
If you provide the name and phone number of another person (e.g., a tenant or occupant) to receive installation reminders, you represent that you have that person's permission to share their contact information and to enroll them in reminder messages. Each enrolled person receives a one-time confirmation text and must opt in before any reminders are sent, and may opt out at any time. See our .
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law. See our shipping/refund policies.
6. Returns and refunds
Refunds and returns are handled per our Refund Policy (Shopify Settings → Policies). Contact for assistance.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The site, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Disclaimers
The service and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. FilterFlow reminders are a convenience; you remain responsible for actual filter installation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FilterFlow and Filterflow LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your enrollment of contacts without proper permission.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Minnesota.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
