Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States to the address provided at checkout. Make sure your shipping and any enrolled-property addresses are accurate.

Processing & delivery

  • Orders and subscription shipments are processed and shipped on a recurring schedule tied to your plan.
  • You'll receive tracking information once a shipment is on its way.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout. Subscription pricing includes shipping unless stated otherwise.

Address changes

Update your shipping address before your next billing/ship date via your account or by emailing support@filter-flow.com. We can't reroute a shipment already handed to the carrier.

Lost or delayed shipments

If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, contact support@filter-flow.com and we'll help track it or send a replacement.
